Data & privacy

Your data. Clear boundaries.

Findcub runs local inference on your Mac. ShotAI’s video workflow combines local files with online model services. Understand the data path for the product you use.

01

Findcub · Local inference

Local file analysis and search run on your Mac. The index is encrypted, with its key in macOS Keychain. Sign-in, model downloads and optional cloud connections use network services.

02

Original footage

ShotAI and the SDK prepare media locally. Your original video stays on your computer in the local-source workflow.

03

Model inputs

Selected keyframes and, when supported, audio inputs are sent to online model services for analysis, then deleted after processing completes.

04

Local results

ShotAI stores vectors and shot metadata locally for its desktop asset workflow.

05

Direct API requests

Model inputs submitted through the API are deleted after processing completes. Your application can store the returned embeddings and metadata.

06

No model training with customer data

Customer data is not used to train models. Content submitted for inference is processed to provide the requested analysis and retrieval services.

07

Inputs and account information

Deleting model inputs after processing is separate from retaining account information. Account retention and deletion are described in the published privacy policy.

This overview explains product data flows. Published policies and the applicable service agreement describe account data and service terms.
